Quality Starts with Our Culture

At KETRANS Electric, quality is not only a technical standard, but also a reflection of who we are and how we work. Our corporate culture defines the principles behind every decision, every process, and every product we manufacture.

Our Mission

To provide high-quality, reliable, and innovative solutions that empower our clients and contribute to the global power industry.

Our Vision

To become a trusted international brand known for integrity, quality, and long-term partnership.

Our Values

Trust • Quality • Professionalism • Responsibility • Innovation • Partnership

From these values, we have built a structured and disciplined quality control system to ensure consistent performance, safety, and reliability.

Quality Management Philosophy

Guided by our mission and values, KETRANS Electric implements a comprehensive quality management approach that covers every stage of product realization. From material selection to final inspection, quality is proactively controlled rather than passively tested.

Our quality philosophy focuses on:

  • ✔️Prevention over correction
  • ✔️Process control over final detection
  • ✔️Long-term reliability over short-term results

This approach allows us to deliver stable, compliant, and high-performing electrical products to global markets.

Raw Material Test

At KETRANS Electric, we place great emphasis on the quality of raw materials, as they are the foundation for building reliable, high-performance products. We have stringent requirements for all incoming materials, including aluminum bases, copper wires and busbars, tungsten-copper alloys, silver contacts, and insulation materials.

All raw materials must undergo a comprehensive series of quality tests conducted by our in-house technical team before entering the production line.

Manufacturer Progress Test

KETRANS Electric has a dedicated team responsible for overseeing process testing throughout the production process. Before final assembly, QC checks a series of components to ensure they are up to standard: whether the temperature control screw is broken or deformed, whether the contacts are smooth and free of bubbles, whether the transmission mechanism opens smoothly, and whether the double-metal welds are straight, etc. Only after all parts have passed inspection can the product proceed to the next assembly stage.

Routine Test Before Shippment

Circuit Breaker was submitted to a battery of tests including:

  1. Visual Inspection to ensure the breaker has no physical defects.
  2. Interruption Capability Test
  3. Insulation and Di-electric Test
  4. Calibration Repeatability Test
  5. Electrical Resistance Test
  6. Thermal and Mechanical Stability

Our Commitment to Quality

Quality at KETRANS Electric is not a one-time checkpoint, but a continuous commitment. By combining a strong corporate culture with disciplined quality control processes, we ensure that every product meets customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and long-term operational demands.
